Our Real Estate Programs
Buying or selling a home is, for many, the largest transaction of their life. It is very likely that you have built a strong, trusting relationship with your clients - don't lose contact with them! Stay in touch effortlessly for the next three years with one of our follow-up programs. Upon closing, send us your client's name, address & closing date. They will be scheduled to receive 7 cards over the next 3 years.
The Buyer Program includes an immediate "Thank You" card, 3 "Stay in Touch" repeat/referral business requests and 3 "Home Anniversary" cards.
The Seller Program (also perfect for investment property buyers) includes the same cards as above except the Home Anniversary cards are replaced with "Stay in Touch" cards. Remember - all you do is give us the client's name, address & closing date and the cards will be mailed automatically 2 times per year for the next 3 years!
